1. Fill out and submit the Founder's Job Posting Form. One position per form submission.

   1. Optional: Utilize our Job Description Template for guidance below.

   2. For resources on funding and legal matters:

      1. Hiring and Training Funding Portal
      2. Legal Templates (includes Employment Agreement templates)
2. Your job posting will be added to our website's job board, see it here.
3. When there is an application, an email will be sent to the contact information you provided in the form.
4. Notify [email protected] promptly to update or remove the job posting if the position is filled or no longer available.

What you will see in the Student Candidates Pool:

1. You will see interested students’ educational backgrounds, resumes, and, if provided, their cover letters. We encourage you to review their profiles and reach out to them directly via email if you find a candidate who aligns with your company's needs.
2. Please keep in mind that student records are retained for one year. After that period, submissions are deleted to maintain an up-to-date Candidates Pool.
